I'll Admit It....

I don't just watch The Super Bowl for the game...but also for the commercials! Which totally cuts down on my available bathroom time. A reduction in bathroom time does NOT mesh well with my beer consumption levels...but hey, I'm a true sports fan. I'll survive. So, here is a commercial you might see on Sunday. Would it be horrible of me to say, "No sound required?"

Enjoy The Big Game!

That is awesome! You do realize that if we could get previews of all of the ads, some of us (Cowboys fans) would have NO reason to watch this year's game, don't you?

Bathroom breaks - precisely why I love the ability to stop and rewind live television. Couldn't pee without my DVR!

It took me a 1/2 second to figure out the ending. DUH. (I'm clearly not thinking today).

Pepsi done good.

sandy - true, true - but you know, it IS football? And how can you ignore football? Maybe I'm just an addict.

junebug - silent laughter, right?

desert songbird - note to self: get DVR for new house.

karmyn r - don't feel bad. I think I was thrown by the fact that NO ONE seemed to be awake, watching the dang game!

LOL! This was hilarious! Thanks for sharing it. I kept turning up my sound...I was at least expecting background noise or the honk of the horn... here is where I say DUH!
I heart the commercials. DVR or a Tivo is totally a must have.

I am so slow. I'm off to watch it again because I obviously missed something.

You can't take me anywhere.

I didn't know there wasn't any sound. I even checked my connections. You are EVIL!! :-)

We don't get the Super Bowl commercials up here. Even on the American stations, we will still get the Canadian commercials.

It became cliched 15 years ago for people to start watching the Superbowl for the ads... Ahem.

I was a Giants fan as a kid but now i"m all about New England.

Go Pats!

What the hell was that all about? I've got no idea what that ad was about becasue I'm vision impaired.

willowtree - leave it to you!

This was great! Hillarious! Actually, usually I only watch the Superbowl FOR the commercials, but this year, being that I live in N.E. Patriots' Land, there's no denying that I'll actually be watching the game. We're going OUT to watch the game, but I'm Tivoing it, so I can come home and watch the commercials later! ;-)

karina - I am totally wishing I had Tivo...sheesh. I am going to watch every minute of the game, and hope the halftime show sucks, so I can go pee!

Nice. I liked the Bridgestone ad with the screaming squirrel and the eTrade ad with the baby who spent his extra "coin" to rent a clown.

mark - I liked the screaming squirrel, too - I can NOT remember what commercial it is imitating, tho!
